Okay so yeah how's this for exciting. I GOT MY TRAVEL PLANS TODAY!

I leave monday 8.8.2011 at 9.40 am and I fly and have layovers and stuff and get to Osorno Chile around 1.15 on 8.9.2011 so it's gonna be like a 30 hour flight! Crazy.

Okay other exciting thing. here's all I know about where i'm going. I'm gonna freeze, i'll never see hotter than 75 degrees, I'll see penguins no matter where i'm assigned, and I will probably see these birds called Condors (however that's spelled) and they are HUGE birds with like 18 feet wingspan and they pick up sheep and carry them off and eat them :O I was told that and my mind was blown.

ummmm nothing really exciting has happened here except the story about the condors and travel plans. well the temple was opened back up so we got to go again I'll get to go one more time before I leave. So that's cool.

Hope all goes well. I'll be soooo glad to get outta here and not be able to understand anything kus the chileans speak a million miles a minute and so yeah i'm excited!

Okay I gotta type super fast this dumb timer has 4 minutes til I get kicked off. Grrr. So yeah It's going crazy fast timewise here, I actually last night spoke for an hour with a guy from mexico and understood every word he said he basically told me his life story and I talked a little bit and asked how to say things like I know the words but not the context so i'm workin on it!

 

Uhhh there's no day like a crazy day right? Britt said you've all been to see harry potter except her so I'm a little jealous but not really. I told one of the elders in my district what happens at the end of the book and he said I blew his mind (which is a term regularly used here, kus we're awesome) He really wasn't over it for like the next day in a half it was hilarious.

 

Alright I really don't know what else to talk about. My dreams are weird, the food is still.... Decent... and I'm losing weight. I speak spanish basically all day everyday. and haven't recieved letters from friends in forever. I have 50 seconds now and so I have no idea what else I should include. Love you. I have boring weeks here, the most exciting things here are the fireworks & the apostles.. But that blows a week at Elite out of the water so no complaints!

Only 2 people have written me so far so I appreciate any mail. Tell people they can do the Dear Elder thing if you make a free account and you know my name you can write letters and they're printed and handed out the same day you put it in the system. So you can do that til I leave for anything exciting and it's cool.

So I guess that's all... I had a dream in Spanish a few days ago. That's my excitement for this week lol

It's crazy here too but I love it. I'm sure there is less piano playing, actually I haven't played a piano since I got here but I want to go play some they have like 7 rooms with pianos we can just go in at any time but I really just haven't had the time.

No, I won't leave here any earlier i'll still be here the full 9 weeks (which is kinda lame but whatevers) I actually made sure of that before they moved me because I knew there would be things that you guys would need to get me before I go. 

Anyways. You're right I do have the whole temple thing memorized! I usually get to do a session every week but it's closed for cleaning like right up until i leave which is LAME.

Nothing really new here. I love you and I'll talk to you next week.
